Am happy tenanting at Burlington Square for the past 4 years. The mall’s location makes it easy for our customers to get by. With ample parking, easy access by buses and 3 nearby MRT stations.
With a wide variety of shops and eateries, it helps draw customers to our shop too. The mall is well maintained, well lit and properties safely guarded.
The property manager/managing agent are responsive and attends to adhoc matters promptly.
Burlington Square is a place that has plenty character and charm with warm and friendly staff all happy to help you.
A good mix of shops from Retro Music Shop, Korean Supermarket, assorted hair and beauty shops to Opticians, Medical Clinics, reflexology and Dental Surgery. Along with shops specialising in old electronics, a Notary with Accountancy, a photo lab, assorted Phone/electronics Accessory Shops and Perfume Shop.
A vast array of food options!!!! From Hot Spot, Uncle Siam, Burger King, Night Shift Bar and of course the amazing Wing Seong Fatty’s which does the most amazing Chinese food and is family run. For dessert you have the wonderful Egglette and Dessert shop which is a recent addition but the food and service is brilliant and friendly and the Gelato is to die for.
For kids/teens there is an gaming station shop where you can go and while away a few hours playing your favourite online game.
Plenty Vending machines dotted around Burlington Square from fresh Salmon to Malaysian and Indonesian snack.
As a resident, the residences have charm and character which is lacking in newer developments. Level 5 has a small Gym and has the huge old style swimming pool with deep end and waterfall along with a smaller pool which has jacuzzi jets. Assorted sun loungers and
tables with chairs and umbrellas make lazing by the pool comfortable and easy. There is also a General Purpose room for meetings etc along with toilets, showers and steam room. The recently refurbished Tennis Court is always in demand!!!
Management are quick to act on any issues and resolve quickly. Security are approachable and friendly and the cleaning/maintenance staff are hardworking and friendly.

The Burlington Square management and staff are an excellent organisation. I love that you’re so committed to help us as vendors to grow our vending machine business, such as offering us good suggestions, advice and ideas. In addition, our Beverages and Snacks vending machine have a good alignment with your residents, and shoppers who frequently patronise the area. I was also excited to learn that you constantly explore new ideas in curating vending machine spaces with the interest of your residents and shoppers’ perspectives. This has been one of our favourite type of projects and it’s an area where we have a great deal of experience.

We have been providing the 24×7 McPrint Self-Service Printing at BurlingtonSquare since Dec 2018. A big thank you for the support during the Covid circuit breaker period, and friendly service by your MCST staff.
Burlington Square location is one of the best 24×7 McPrint Self-Service Printing locations that we have in Singapore to-date. The location is good and is next to LASALLE College of the Arts and offices using the 24×7 McPrint Self-Servicing Printing.

As an investor with office and retail units in Burlington, I am pleased with the returns that I can get from the rentals. Burlington Square is a well known location within walking distance to five MRT stations. My tenants are generally happy with the accessibility as well as the upkeep of the property. Kudos to the MCST team who have kept a good grasp of the maintenance costs and thus helping to keep the fees manageable. There is a good mix of office and retail tenants – footfall within the property is reasonable. I have seen many tenants continuously renewing their leases here – hence bearing testimony to the attractiveness of this property.
We moved to Burlington Square in early 2015 due to the convenience that the location brings. It’s just 1-min walk away from Rocher MRT station and 7-min walk from Bugis MRT.
Having run the training centres “Learn Indonesia Hub” and “Speak Sell Succeed” from this building the past few years, many of our trainees have commented on choosing us because of our location. Apart from that, there are also many eateries and retail services in and around the building (Sim Lim Square, Bugis Plus, Bugis Junction, OG, etc.).
The MCST team as well as the support staff are very responsive and helpful to all the office tenants. The office tenants are very considerate and friendly while the building is well-maintained.
